

This is great except I don't want to have to fool with the calendar events and, since my schedule fluctuates so much, it is somewhat difficult to use a recurring event. I know I can just create a calendar event in Outlook for when I am not in the office and it will say I am Out of Office but my availability and online presence will still update accordingly. It does not really indicate my physical presence, which is important sometimes. Skype does a great job of keeping up with everyone's statuses, but there are times say when I am working from home and I have an "Available' status, which is fine but this is only my "online" presence so to speak. We use Office 2016/365 and are using Skype UC (VOIP and IM). I am not sure if this can be accomplished easily or not or if some script or add-in could help here.
